Make sure the UPN is the same in your AD as in Office 365 (e.g. <strong><em>test.yourdomain.com<\/em><\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/community.office365.com\/en-us\/wikis\/live-at-edu-transition\/1096.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Set up SSO with ADFS or Shibboleth<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Verify the functionality.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/liveatedu\/upgrade-center\/upgrade-center-home.aspx?locale=en-US&amp;country=US\" target=\"_blank\">Upgrade the Live@edu domain<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure the UPN is correct for the upgraded users or fix it with Powershell.<\/li>\n<li>Switch the FIM agent to the former Live@edu domain.<\/li>\n<li>Configure the federation for the former Live@edu domain.<\/li>\n<li>Kill the test domain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Most of this information is collected at the <a href=\"http:\/\/community.office365.com\/en-us\/wikis\/live-at-edu-transition\/2341.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">community<\/a>, and it is recommended to read the section about <a href=\"http:\/\/community.office365.com\/en-us\/wikis\/live-at-edu-transition\/1096.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Single sign-on<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This checklist is for the Live@edu to Office 365 for education transition, with FIM agent and Single sign-on using federation.
